Traditional Ligurian flavours are artfully combined to create these delicate little breadsticks containing olive oil but no artificial additives or colourings. For a delicious snack, try them on their own or with ham and kiwi, prawns in Marie Rose sauce or wrapped in bacon with Russian salad – a great snack. At tea-time, enjoy them with sweet or savoury preserves, jams, honey or chocolate spread.
The dough for our Pandolce recipe is made using our own “Oro” extra-virgin olive oil (obtained from a single pressing of taggiasche olives). It doesn’t contain any candied fruit but is bursting with raisins. The result is a delicate, melt-in-the-mouth product, golden in colour and fragrant in flavour.
This sweet liqueur is obtained by steeping lemon peel in alcohol and then blending with sugar syrup. Made from the best lemons freshly picked from the gardens of Liguria, it has an unmistakable harmonious fragrance and is the natural complement to a hearty repast. Sip it chilled at the end of the meal.
