Various truffle preparations
Our truffles are grown in the soil and harvested and processed by hand. This is how truffle sauce is made: Mushroom sauce with truffles and the speciality, truffle butter made of white truffles – excellent for the first or second main course, omelette and for all other truffle dishes.
