Oil & cooking

Olive oil, with its countless merits, is appreciated in cooking not only for its goodness but also for its great versatility. Besides its use as a dressing for salads, It is also excellent for frying and grilling, as it does not lose its marvellous flavour even at high temperatures, it retains its nutritional value and it does not burn.

The oil, with its intense and full flavour, it is ideal in broths, soups and on meat, while fruity, round and delicate extra virgin olive oil is suitable for fish, and in salads and lighter dishes. Extra virgin olive oil is therefore worthy of accompanying the rich gastronomic tradition of our region.

It is the perfect companion to traditional Mediterranean dishes.
